Terms and conditions for subscription through PDI Consultores

1. Introduction

This document establishes the terms and conditions for the subscription of Adobe Acrobat Sign Solutions hosted services (hereinafter, "Sign"), detailing the features, pricing, and commercial and technical conditions associated with the service. This annex complements the economic proposal presented by Producción Diseño e Informática, S.L. (hereinafter, "PDI"), which acts as an intermediary in the acquisition and renewal of Sign licenses.

With this document, we aim to provide customers with a clear and complete vision of the scope, limitations, and responsibilities involved in contracting the service. It also describes account management procedures, processing deadlines, technical support policies, and the contractual obligations of both PDI and the Client.

2. Pricing and Discounts

This document is an annex to the economic offer made by Producción Diseño e Informática S.L., with Tax ID B81569741 and registered office at Calle O'Donnell, 19, first floor – Office 1, 28009 Madrid, Spain.

  • The final price is indicated with all discounts applied by PDI or Adobe Inc.

  • These prices and discounts are subject to the number of units to be contracted, as stated in this economic proposal.

  • Any alteration in quantities invalidates this offer and will require a new economic assessment.

3. Processing Fee

A "Sign Registration/Renewal Processing Fee" is established to cover the inherent costs of the processing procedure, both for new account registration and for renewal of existing ones. The services covered by this fee include, among others: documentation review, assistance during the process, license validation, and provision of specialized technical support.

4. Offer Validity

The economic proposal presented has an initial validity of thirty (30) calendar days from its issue date. However, its duration cannot, under any circumstances, exceed the term of the current contract that PDI maintains with the software manufacturer. If said contract with the manufacturer concludes before 30 days, the offer will lose its validity on that date.

5. Technical Support Services

Only PDI customers who maintain an active subscription will be able to access technical assistance services. PDI will provide first-level support through the official communication channel: soporte@pdi.es.

a) Responsibility Management

PDI will be exclusively responsible for managing first-level incidents. This includes reception, initial analysis and resolution of common problems, as well as escalation of complex incidents to the manufacturer (Adobe Inc.).

b) Protocol and Response Times

  • Confirmation: Receipt of the incident will be confirmed within 24 hours.
  • Resolution Times: Level 1 (basic): 24-48h. Level 2 (complex): 3-5 business days. Level 3 (with Adobe): depending on complexity.

c) Support Service Exclusions

Support does not include: training, custom adaptations, client hardware or network support, or data restoration due to incorrect user operations.

6. Professional Services

This proposal does not include professional services. However, the client may additionally contract consulting or advanced engineering services. A detailed quote will be provided upon request.

7. Data Required for Account Creation

  • Technical contact (name and email address).

  • Administrative contact (name and email address).

  • Email address for access to the license management platform (preferably a generic account from the company domain).

8. Processing and Deadlines

After acceptance of the offer, the renewal or registration of the service will be processed. This process, handled by the manufacturer, may be subject to fortuitous delays or force majeure beyond PDI's control. To initiate the process, explicit approval of this proposal (through official purchase order or document signature) and adherence to the payment method are imperative.

9. Digital Signature of Agreements

In line with our commitment to efficiency, PDI promotes the use of digital signatures (supported by eIDAS regulations) for the formalization of agreements, ensuring a secure, fast, and environmentally friendly process.

10. Agreement Duration and Conditions

By accepting the proposal, the Client assumes a contractual commitment of one (1) year. The indicated amount corresponds to the total annual payment. If the Client ceases use of the service before the contract ends, they will not be entitled to a refund and must fulfill the established payment commitments.

11. Payment Conditions

Payment will be made by bank transfer within seven (7) calendar days from the invoice issue date. Payment delay may generate late payment interest and possible temporary suspension of services. For billing inquiries, please contact administracion@pdi.es.

12. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

Responsibility for the operation, functionalities, and possible damages derived from the service lies with the manufacturer (Adobe Inc.). Any claims must be directed to them. PDI assumes no responsibility for damages derived from cyberattacks, security breaches, or service interruptions due to force majeure.

13. Confidentiality and Data Processing

PDI commits to treating all client information as confidential. Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR exclusively for service provision and administrative management. The client may exercise their rights by contacting datos@pdi.es.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the Sign service through PDI, the client confirms having reviewed and understood both this document and Adobe's general terms of use and the product's specific license terms. PDI acts as an intermediary, committed to best quality practices and current regulatory compliance.
